Q: How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
A: Your chauffeur is waiting for you inside the Terminal were your flight land, just after the custom, with a personalized name board. You don’t have to walk to find an approximate meeting point or till exit number 99 with your luggage or whatever! Once you retrieve your luggage, just go through the custom and look for your name board. Your chauffeur will help you carrying your luggage and escort you to the vehicle. The airport can be very crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call us on +33 668 561 688 and we will locate him / her for you.
Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: For flights of more than 5 hours duration: Easy to track flights.
The driver will be on site 30 minutes after the estimated flight arrival time given by the flight tracking system.
For flights of less than 5 hours duration:
The driver will be on site 30 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time.
Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A:Once the driver is on site, additional 30 minutes waiting time are allowed. Wait time beyond the 30 minutes will incur the transfer base charge plus the hourly charge prorated in 30 minutes intervals. If for any reasons you are delayed, or if you prefer having the driver on time of flight arrival, it is under your behalf to contact us.
Q: How long is the trip between the airport & Paris?
A : The total trip time between airport terminal & city location takes from 40-90 minutes for Charles de Gaulle (CDG) & 30-60 minutes for Orly (ORY) and Le Bourget (LBG) each way depending on time of day and traffic conditions also it might take longer if there is public transport strike or road work.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept: Paypal, Credit Cards (American Express, Visa Card, Mastercard), Bank transfers.
Q: Do you provide sightseeing trips?
A: Yes we offer Hourly / daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow a complete flexibility to your schedule.
Q: What is your position on cancellation?
A: All cancellation to be notified to us by e-mail 48 hours before landing if you had booked an airport pick up.
If the pick up is in Paris 24 hours prior to the pickup time is requested or the cost of the journey will be charged.
For booking of one day or more we must have 3 days notice of cancellation or the deposit will be lost.
Q: Does your drivers speak English?
A. All our drivers are English speaking, so do not hesitate to ask them questions about France and Paris if this is your first time here! They will answer with pleasure and do their best to give you all required information.

Q: Which currency is your rate in?
A: All our rates are in Euro (€).
Q: How far in advance do I need to book?
A: The soonest the better! We recommend a 48 hours booking, and we accept online bookings until 24 hours (CET + 1 hour time = Paris time). For bookings of less than 24 hours prior, you need to call us directly to check whether a vehicle is available or not.
Q: I did not receive any Email confirmation from you!
A: If you did not receive your confirmation over 24 hours after the booking, you may send us an email and ask us to send it to you again.
Q: Are the vehicles smoking?
A: All our car fleet is non smoking.
Q: How much shall I tip the driver?
A: You can decide to tip your driver or not. Depending if you are satisfied with his service or not, usualy between 10 and 20%.
Q: Do you provide baby seats?
A: Yes, baby seats as well as booster seats are available.
Q: What is your luggage policy?
A: Each passenger is allowed to carry one normal sized piece of luggage and one piece of hand baggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking to allow us to provide the adequate vehicle.
Q: I want to change my booking. How do I proceed?
A: You may modify your booking at any time up to 72h prior to your arrival date, simply by notifying us by mail or by telephone.
Q: When does the hourly rate start?
A: A la différence de nos confrères, nous ne comptons pas le trajet pour aller jusqu’à vous! Le service commence à partir de l’heure précédemment déterminée lors de la réservation, pas avant.
Q: What is the difference between a Private service and a Shuttle?
A: Shuttle service means sharing the same vehicle between different passengers, and therefore several stops, a meeting point with waiting time at the airport etc... The Private service is at your service, dedicated to your needs only.
Q: What is the difference between Private service and a VIP service?
A: You cannot choose the vehicles with the Private service, we allocate the most convenient for you regarding the numbers of passengers and luggage. VIP service is with latest Mercedes luxury vehicles (S Class and Viano).
